Experteer Overview In this role you will strengthen global structural engineering for High Voltage products, shaping standards and tools across our international teams. You will collaborate with Ru0026amp;D to advance design and testing of support structures, driving standardization and continuous improvement. You’ll influence how structural solutions are engineered and delivered, contributing to product innovation and knowledge sharing within a truly global environment. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Collaborate with Structural Engineering teams worldwide to promote unified design practices • Drive HV product innovation through design, testing, and ongoing enhancement of support structures • Identify and lead process improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and consistency • Develop and implement engineering guidelines, templates, and standards for global knowledge sharing • Support development of tools and automation to improve productivity and accuracy • Define requirements for new structural components and manage related approvals • Act as liaison between Ru0026D, Engineering, Production, and Installation to implement improvements • Lead and develop the global Structural Expert Community to foster collaboration • Apply Lean principles to optimize workflows and engineering processes Responsabilidades • Master's degree in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering • 10+ years in mechanical structures engineering or related field • Strong understanding of structural engineering principles • Experience with Tekla, STAAD, and Ansys • Knowledge of structural steel design standards and codes (EN, Eurocode, IBC) • Experience with High Voltage Switchgear products and supporting steel structures is advantageous • Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence global teams • Fluent in English (written and spoken) Requisitos principales • 5 weeks of vacation • Flexible working hours (7.5-hour day) • Birthday leave • Fully covered meal vouchers (CZK 110 per day) • Cafeteria system or multi sport card (CZK 7,000 annually) • Pension contribution (2-3% of salary)
