The business is scaling its innovation capability, with a strong focus on developing differentiated, market-led products backed by technical excellence and efficient industrialisation. This creates an opportunity for an Innovation Manager to take ownership of end-to-end product development, bridging commercial, marketing, R&D, and production to drive successful product launches and pipeline growth. As Innovation Manager, you will operate cross-functionally, leading projects from concept through to industrial scale, ensuring technical feasibility, commercial alignment, and speed to market. You will be responsible for: • Leading end-to-end product innovation from concept, formulation, pilot trials, and scale-up through to launch, • Identifying market opportunities through trend analysis, customer insight, and industry developments, • Collaborating closely with commercial and marketing teams to translate market needs into viable product concepts, • Driving formulation and development of new products across functional nutrition categories, • Coordinating pilot trials and industrialisation with production teams, • Supporting product launches and ensuring successful market introduction, • Providing technical expertise to commercial teams for customer-led development and enquiries, • Participating in innovation committees, contributing data-driven and technically grounded proposals, • Attending international trade shows to identify new ingredients, formats, and technologies, • Ensuring technical, industrial, and commercial feasibility across all innovation projects You will ideally bring: • A degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related Life Sciences field, • ~7+ years’ experience across food, functional nutrition, supplements, or adjacent sectors, • Proven experience leading product development and innovation projects from concept to launch, • Strong project management capability across cross-functional teams, • Hands-on experience in formulation and product development, • Experience supporting scale-up and industrialisation of new products, • Ability to translate market trends into commercially viable products, • Experience working in dynamic, fast-growing environments, • Experience or knowledge of UHT/aseptic processing technologies This is a high-impact role offering: • Ownership of innovation projects within a growing, science-led nutrition business, • Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making, • Opportunity to shape product pipelines and drive market-relevant innovation, • Strong cross-functional visibility across commercial, R&D, and operations, • A role combining technical depth with commercial influence in a scaling environment
