Como Sous Chef , te comprometerás a ofrecer a nuestros clientes un servicio, una calidad y un valor excepcionales. Experiencia previa en puestos de sala o bar, preferiblemente en restaurantes gastronómicos, hoteles o locales de alto volumen. Vocación de servicio y orientación al cliente. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, con actitud positiva, empatía y profesionalidad. Interés por la restauración premium y ganas de seguir aprendiendo y desarrollándote. Conocimiento básico de servicio, coctelería o vinos (según el puesto). Cuidado por el orden, la limpieza y el cumplimiento de los estándares del grupo.
