If you are looking to bring your culinary skills to a meaningful community setting in the scenic region of Bunyola, this opportunity on Mallorca is ideal for you. /p h3Your primary duties and responsibilities will include: /h3 ul liPreparing and cooking menus tailored for groups of 60 to 70 diners, ensuring that meal service schedules are strictly met. /li liMaintaining daily food safety and hygiene records, including temperature logs, ingredient traceability, and allergen management. /li liCarrying out thorough cleaning of the kitchen area and keeping food preparation zones completely hygienic and safe. /li liOrganizing and delegating daily tasks for kitchen assistants and cleaning personnel. /li liMonitoring safety compliance and ensuring a smooth, well-structured workflow in the kitchen. /li /ul h3To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements: /h3 ul liAt least 12 months of culinary experience cooking for high-volume groups (60–70 diners). /li liFormal HACCP (APPCC) training or solid, proven knowledge regarding cross-contamination, allergen control, and food safety protocols. /li liMinimum education level of ESO (secondary education) and at least B2 level proficiency in Spanish. /li liA valid B driver's license (having your own vehicle is strongly recommended due to the location of the center in Bunyola). /li liA clean criminal record regarding sexual offenses, verified by an official negative certificate. /li /ul h3What is offered for this role: /h3 ul liA full-time position under a discontinuous fixed contract (fix discontinu) with an initial duration of 2 months. /li liA gross annual salary of €17,094. /li liWork schedule from Monday to Sunday with two days off per week, featuring morning shifts (approx. 7:30 to 15:00) or afternoon shifts (approx. 15:00 to 22:30) according to the occupancy of the center. /li liThe chance to work within a supportive non-profit environment in Bunyola, Mallorca. /li /ul pRequired languages: es; Nivel académico: ESO/graduat escolar; Permiso de conducir: B; Experiencia (meses): 12; Idiomas: espanyol, castellà (B2); Informática: No indicado; Otros requisitos: Imprescindible: Experiència en cuina amb volum de 60-70 comensals.
