The Group is experiencing significant growth driven by its focus on off-site construction methods (OSM) for delivering turnkey projects, reducing on-site construction time to a minimum. Job Mission: Supervise and coordinate all mechanical work on site, ensuring that the installation of equipment, pipes and hydraulic systems is carried out in accordance with the plans, technical specifications, quality and safety standards, and within the established deadlines. Ensure the correct integration of the mechanical systems with the electrical and hydraulic areas of the plant. Main functions: • Supervise the mechanical installation of equipment and systems in the plant: pumps, blowers, agitators, valves, aeration systems, pipes, metal structures, etc. - Coordinate and direct the own and subcontracted assembly personnel on site. - Verify that the installation is carried out in accordance with isometric drawings, P&ID and project specifications. - Plan the assembly sequence and coordinate with the electrical, civil and instrumentation areas. - Perform daily progress inspections, record incidents and report to the Project Manager. - Supervise tests and mechanical commissioning of equipment and systems. - Manage materials and tools: reception, storage, consumption control and orders. - Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in their work area. - Collaborate with engineering to resolve discrepancies between drawings and actual conditions on site. - Prepare and update technical documentation: daily reports, assembly reports, "as-built" drawings. Requirements Education: • Higher Level Vocational Training or Technical Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial, or similar. - Specialization courses in industrial assembly, welding, hydraulics or mechanical maintenance. - Training in occupational risk prevention (minimum 60 hours). Experience: • 3 or more years of experience in mechanical assembly of industrial or water treatment plants. - Expertise in stainless steel, HDPE, PVC, carbon steel pipes, valves, pumps, and hydraulic equipment. - Desirable to have worked on EPC projects or contractor companies Technical knowledge: • Interpretation of P&ID, isometric and mechanical fabrication drawings. - Experience in the assembly of centrifugal pumps, blowers, aeration systems, filters and tanks. - Knowledge in rotating equipment alignment, hydraulic and leak tests. - Ability to coordinate with electrical and instrumentation teams in systems integration. - Use of measurement and control tools (laser levels, aligners, pressure gauges). Personal Skills: • Ability to lead and coordinate teams in the field. - Results-oriented, accountable and committed to deadlines. - Ability to solve technical problems on site. - Effective communication with management, suppliers and subcontractors. - Sensitivity to occupational safety and the environment.
