It’s a position for someone who enjoys being proactive, driving improvements, and growing alongside a company that is evolving and expanding. /p pThis role will play a key part in monitoring and expediting suppliers to ensure that engineering deliverables, procurement activities, manufacturing, inspections, critical documentation, and equipment deliveries are completed in accordance with project schedules and contractual requirements. Working closely with procurement teams, project managers, engineering disciplines, suppliers, and quality personnel, the successful candidate will proactively identify potential delays, mitigate risks, and ensure effective coordination across all stakeholders to maintain project timelines. /p h3Your profile /h3 pThe ideal candidate will be a proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented professional with strong experience in supplier management, schedule control, and project coordination. They will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams while effectively managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. A strong focus on planning, reporting, and continuous follow-up will be essential to ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects on time and in line with contractual commitments. /p ul liDegree or technical qualification in Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline. /li liExperience in EPC projects, industrial plants, energy, oil gas or infrastructure projects. /li liKnowledge of manufacturing processes, supplier management and logistics. /li liAbility to read schedules and technical documentation. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liProficiency in MS Excel, project reporting tools and ERP systems /li /ul h3Why us? /h3 ul liCompetitive salary package, commensurate with experience and qualifications. /li liClear career progression opportunities within a growing and dynamic organization. /li liExposure to a diverse portfolio of complex and high-impact international engineering projects. /li liAccess to ongoing internal training and professional development programs. /li liOpportunity to work within multicultural teams across global projects and environments. /li liSupportive and collaborative work environment that fosters innovation and knowledge sharing. /li liInvolvement in technically challenging projects that encourage continuous learning and growth /li /ul h3Main Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor and expedite critical equipment packages and long-lead items throughout the entire project lifecycle /li liSupport Project Managers during supplier Kick-Off Meetings (KoMs) /li liReview and challenge supplier schedules to ensure compliance with project programme requirements and identify potential schedule risks. /li liTrack progress of major equipment packages, including vendor engineering, manufacturing, inspections, FATs, logistics and delivery milestones. /liliMaintain detailed expediting plans and procurement trackers for critical equipment and materials. /li liMonitor monthly supplier progress reports and manufacturing updates, validating actual progress against agreed schedules. /li liPrepare monthly procurement and expediting status reports highlighting key achievements, schedule performance, risks, mitigation actions and forecast completion dates. /li liEscalate critical issues, delays and supply chain risks to the Procurement Lead and Project Manager, proposing recovery actions where required. /li liCoordinate with Engineering teams to ensure timely review and approval of vendor documentation and technical submittals. /li liMonitor delivery readiness and coordinate with Logistics, Construction and Commissioning teams to ensure equipment is available when required by OSM integrators and site installation teams. /li liParticipate in internal project reviews and provide regular updates on supplier performance, manufacturing progress and delivery forecasts. /li liDevelop and maintain supplier performance indicators, tracking engineering, manufacturing and delivery compliance against project objectives. /li /ul h3About us /h3 pWhitewater Group is a multi-disciplinary engineering company with water at the heart of everything we do.
