Burgos | Sector industrial Importante empresa industrial, líder en su sector y ubicada en Burgos, busca incorporar un/a Técnico/a de Nóminas para liderar el área laboral, con el objetivo de reforzar el área de gestión de personas y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los procesos laborales de la compañía. FUNCIONES • Asegurar el proceso completo de nómina (variables, retribución flexible y resolución de incidencias)., • Gestión administrativa con Seguridad Social y resto de entidades: contratos, altas, bajas, modificaciones y trámites laborales., • Gestión y coordinación de documentación PRL en plataformas., • Control y seguimiento de procedimientos internos (control horario, gastos de viaje, dietas, etc.)., • Gestión del Plan de Formación de la compañía., • Apoyo en procesos de onboarding y offboarding desde el ámbito laboral. REQUISITOS • Titulación en Relaciones Laborales o afines., • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en administración laboral y nóminas., • Experiencia en el uso de ERP (SAGE, A3, SAP u otros), • Perfil ágil, resolutivo, con capacidad de organización y proactividad., • Imprescindible carné de conducir.
