The next program will start in October 2026 and will contain 3 international rotations across Amcor plants offices in Europe. The contract and first rotation will be based in Lugo, Italy. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liGet well‑rounded business experience, following the champion our customers approach. /li liDeep dive into the packaging industry, understanding Amcor’s value proposition. /li liUnderstand how the flexible packaging plant operates and support customers by working alongside the customer service team. /li liLearn how to navigate market changes and its influence on sales by supporting the commercial team in activities like pricing, contract management, or business analytics. /li liGet involved in the AI‑driven pricing project. /li liSupport marketing colleagues by leveraging sales knowledge to understand customer needs and translate them into insights and actions. /li liSupport the Global Key Account Manager in partnering with one of our most strategic accounts: ul liBuild strong relationships. /li liCraft compelling presentations and reports. /li liFollow NBO/new projects implementation. /li liUpdate sales actions pipeline (SFDC). /li /ul /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in sales management, business development, business administration, business management, international business, management or related fields. /li liUp to 5 years of working experience in sales, customer service, commercial related positions (including internships). /li liFirst experience working with customers (retail, consultancy, help desk, etc.). /li liFluency in English; proficiency in any additional European language is a plus. /li liProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; interest in digital tools appreciated. /li liSome knowledge of Power BI or any CRM (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage. /li liWillingness to travel and work abroad across Europe. /li liFlexibility adaptability. /li liProactiveness and an outperformance mindset. /li liCustomer orientation. /li liCollaboration skills relationship building capability. /li liGood listening skills ability to understand customer needs. /li liCuriosity. /li liFull permanent work permit in the EU. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pThe Amcor Graduate Program is an exciting 18‑month opportunity to further develop your skills and unwrap your expertise with an international packaging leader offering a unique working experience in an innovative and diverse environment. /p pWe will accept only applications in English. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
