About the Job: The main accountabilities as HSE Site or Project Manager are: As Site HSE Manager • Promote coordination with CLIENT to ensure HSES KPI criteria (Project Smart Objectives) and expectations are met., • Monitor HSES targets for project through HSES KPI’s, • Along with Training Coordinator follow the proper implementation of HSES training matrix and Campaigns programs for the project., • Review and arrange for the provision of project HSES personal protection equipment, • Forecast, schedule and supervise work of the HSES team in the project, • Along with Site Manager participate in periodic HSES Walkthroughs or lead periodic HSES Walkthroughs/Leadership Walkthroughs., • Provide for and supervise project/site HSES reporting and the acquisition, maintenance and dissemination of HSES data and statistics., • In case of accident, • Check that first aid and evacuation of injured persons are properly carried out,, • Report immediately to the Site Manager, to the HO Construction Department and to the HO HSE Manager in issuing the incident report, • Lead incident investigation teams, assist in the coordination of accident investigations, • Review all project/site accidents, issuing Safety Alerts and Lessons Learned., • Help reviewing and writing Project Procedures, Job Safety analysis and Method Statements, • Lead HSE Meeting with Construction Contractors and all parties., • Actively demonstrate HSE ownership, leadership and awareness to Subcontractor’s organizations, particularly leading by example toward constant safe behavior, supporting incentive and discipline initiatives, • Participate in HSE Committee Meeting and Steering Committee Meetings issuing the proper presentations and data evaluation., • Participate with the Administration Manager and Security Manager (if foreseen), to the coordination of the jobsite Security matters., • Organize safety awareness campaigns., • Promote communication on all HSE matters (awards, incentives, meeting/inspections/audits reports), • Promote the application of Incentives in the project and disciplinary measures when necessary As Project HSE Manager • Promote coordination with CLIENT to set the HSES KPI criteria (Project Smart Objectives) and expectations., • Coordinates and interfaces with multi-centers and multi-entities for project HSE execution, • Prequalification and Evaluation of Subcontractors prior to bidding phase, • Identification of HSE documents to be issued, prepare mobilization plans and cost requirements during proposal phase to inform project management, • Develop Health and Safety Project Plans/Site Plans, or Project Procedures according to Project/Client requirements., • Gather information in coordination with legal department to know the Legal and Government requirements of the country of the project., • Request information to client to know client requirements and company policy, • Assist the Project manager with the overall implementation of HSE management System of the Project, • Follow up of compliance with HSES targets and SMART Objectives for project through reported HSES KPI’s, • Implementation of Technip Energies HSE programs and safety management system at Sites, • Visit project sites and monitor conditions regularly. Propose to Site HSE and Construction Management corrective actions to close observed deviations to HSE best practices, • Ensure that site HSE managers report Leading and lagging indicators timely to issue Monthly HSE report to Corporate, • With Site HSE Manager review and analyze Incidents to identify negative trends and propose corrective actions to ammend, • After notification of accidents, assist if needed to the investigation and ensure, once done, that corrective actions are taken and closed timely on site., • Conduct internal audits to project to comply with audit plan and follow up the implementation of actions to close non compliances and observations About You : • Engineering degree or a suitable combination of education and experience., • Between 5 and 10 years of experience on similar position, • Recognized qualification in HSES (e.g. NEBOSH) or Local Recognized HSES Certification and ISO 45001/14001, • Previous experience on site and field working and experience managing multi-discipline workforce., • Good problem solving and analytical skills, • Fluency in English Additional information: • Immediate incorporation in solid industrial engineering is offered., • With the possibility of professional development in the company., • Flexible hours and two days of telecommuting per week., • Candidates with disability certificate will be valued., • Salary according to qualifications and experience of candidate.
