Maximize results through a combination of new business development and servicing existing customers within the designated area in line with company objectives and policies. /ph3Essential Functions /h3ulliSales management of all customers within the defined territory, serving as the principal point of contact for CooperVision and driving long‑term, year‑on‑year sales growth. /liliAccomplishment of sales targets, including revenue and sales mix of products. /liliDay‑to‑day management of the territory, designated customers, and CooperVision’s products and services. /liliDevelopment and introduction of new products to maximize opportunities. /liliMaintain outstanding knowledge of CooperVision products, clinical and technical information, product strategy, market and commercial positioning, and brand messages to assist customers in selecting the best solutions. /liliRespect the daily number of contacts per working day and month, optimizing travel time to improve prospecting activities and customer visit efficiency. /liliDeliver training programs to retail staff individually or with Professional Services to improve product knowledge and placement. /liliOrganize and execute clinical training in liaison with the Professional Services team to enhance clinical knowledge and build brand loyalty. /liliBuild close relationships with Area Managers and Business Development Managers within the account structure to provide a platform for commercial, retail training, and educational programs. /liliService the customer base and liaise with local Customer Service to ensure service levels are maintained and acceptable. /liliRepresent the Company at seminars, exhibitions, and meetings as required, enhancing the customer experience when interacting with CooperVision team members. /liliAttend all sales meetings to understand Company direction, action plans, and required performance across all work areas. /liliAccurately complete all reporting and administrative duties as required, including upkeep of the designated CRM system and a complete set of customer records for the designated area. /liliOther related duties connected with the Company’s business. /li /ulh3Key Performance Indicators /h3pMeet or exceed agreed targets by customer/brand and account penetration within the territory by effectively selling CooperVision’s products and services within agreed time scales. /ph3Scope /h3pIndividual contributor reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, regularly interacting with customers and internally with Key Account Managers, Professional Affairs, Customer Service, and Finance. /ph3Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities /h3ulliSales professional with experience in a professional sales environment and able to manage a large geographical sales area. /liliPositive impact with prospective and existing customers. /liliTrack record of target achievement from organizations that require strong interpersonal skills to influence at all levels of management. /liliClear understanding of ROI, forecasting tools and financial evaluation tools. /liliExcellent listening and empathy skills; understanding of investigative questioning techniques. /liliHighly proactive, able to work successfully alone as well as within a team toward predetermined objectives. /liliWorks well under pressure; self‑motivated with the ability to prioritize and organize effectively. /liliExcellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills. /liliResults oriented, entrepreneurial, welcoming and positive approach to change. /liliRespected, honest and trustworthy with high levels of integrity. /liliTenacious and resilient. /liliComputer literacy including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and sales CRMs. /liliAbility to read and understand highly technical material. /liliEnglish language a plus. /li /ulh3Work Environment /h3ulliExtensive travel within the country with some overseas travel. /liliRepresent the Company at evening/weekend exhibitions and seminars. /li /ulh3Experience /h3pMinimum 4–5 years in a professional sales environment with a strong track record of achievement.
