You’re ready to thrive in a non-traditional veterinary role, working behind the scenes to ensure the best outcomes for our clients and their pets. 🌟 What We’re Looking For • Veterinary Degree., • Experience in small animal clinical practice (1–2 years is ideal), though we value your mindset, curiosity, and adaptability even more., • A naturally curious mind — you love digging into cases and understanding how systems work., • A flexible and open attitude — comfortable with change, ambiguity, and experimentation., • Strong organizational and analytical skills — detail matters in our claims process., • Comfortable working in a digital-first environment., • Fluent in written and spoken English. Bonus points for Portuguese, German, Italian, or French. Other European languages will also interest us.
