About the Role You will own technical support & management, partner service capability development, and internal Iron Triangle joint operations in your assigned country. The role sits at the intersection of Ruijie's networking & wireless portfolio, the partner ecosystem, and the sales–solution–service triangle — delivering projects, enabling partners, and fighting joint battles with sales and solution teams while ensuring the quality of local service delivery. To succeed, you must be a self-starter and a self-learner, with strong customer-service instincts and proven technical problem-solving ability. What You'll Do 1. Partner Service Capability Development • Local Service Partner Layout:Execute the local service-partner footprint in line with channel service policies — identifying, onboarding, and structuring service partners to cover the assigned country., • Offline Enablement & Training:Build partner service capability through regular offline enablement sessions, service-process and technical certification training, product training, and workshops; act as the primary technical partner for enterprise channel partners and own their competence on Ruijie campus network and wireless solutions. 1. Iron Triangle Teamwork Mode • Serve as the service/delivery member of the local Iron Triangle (Sales / Solution / Service): join account planning, opportunity pursuit, and bidding with sales and solution teams; inject the service perspective into proposals, surface delivery risks early, and share field intelligence — supporting local business growth and the development of the service industry. What We're Looking For • Bachelor's or Associate degree in network engineering, computer science, or a related discipline — or equivalent practical experience., • 3+ years of technical support and implementation experience in networking (switches, routers, VPN, wireless, etc.). Experience with Cisco, HPE/Aruba, Ruckus, Huawei, or Juniper is a plus., • Hands-on experience configuring and administering wireless products (WLAN controllers and access points) and wireless LAN security — WEP, WPA2/WPA3, LEAP, PEAP, and similar authentication mechanisms., • Professional certifications are preferred: CCNP/CCIE, HCIP/HCIE, JNCIS/JNCIP, HPE ASE, Aruba ACMP, etc., • Client-facing experience with excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills; proven ability to develop channel partner service capability and grow the local service ecosystem., • Self-directed yet collaborative; able to prioritize and run multiple engagements in parallel, and to manage delivery projects — planning, execution, closure, schedule and risk control, and cross-functional coordination., • Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus., • Willing to travel at a moderate, regular frequency. What You'll Gain • Exposure to a global networking vendor's full product portfolio and enterprise customers, • Direct impact on partner capability and regional service quality
