Join Velites! We’re looking for an Industrial Design Engineer to become part of our product development team, driving innovation in the functional fitness and CrossFit industry. This role is key in creating new high-performance products and accessories such as footwear, backpacks, sunglasses, grips, jump ropes, kneepads, and other gear for functional fitness, weightlifting, and hybrid racing. Mandatory Requirements • 3+ years of experience in similar role., • Proven experience and knowledge in physical product prototyping., • Proficiency in design software and technical drawings (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)., • C1 level of English (mandatory)., • Motivation to work in a dynamic, constantly innovating environment., • Based in Pamplona or willing to relocate., • Passion for the brand and the fitness industry., • Experience with 3D printers and prototyping., • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop., • Skills in 3D modeling tools and design software. Nice to Have • Experience working with suppliers in Asia., • Background or interest in CrossFit or functional fitness., • Experience with patent filling., • Being a Velites customer or fan is a plus! Key Responsibilities • Lead innovation in the development of functional fitness products and accessories, including footwear, backpacks, sunglasses, grips, jump ropes, kneepads, and more., • Manage the full product lifecycle: from concept creation to validation with international athletes., • Attend international design and sports trade shows, with opportunities to travel and visit suppliers., • Work closely with one of the most powerful brands in the Functional Fintess Space : CrossFit, Hyrox and CrossFit Games to create cutting-edge products., • Develop and work over patents and new product ideas to transform them into tangible products., • Document and communicate design processes and technical specifications clearly., • Stay agile and adapt to new tools, technologies, and challenges as the company grows.
