Physical Therapist — Outpatient Orthopedics, Regenerative & Pelvic Health Full-Time or Part-Time | Los Altos, CA Private, Out-of-Network Practice | 55-Minute 1-on-1 Care | Sustainable Caseloads (Up to 8 Patients/Day, Full-Time) Learn more about our practice at: www.physiofitpt.com Sound Familiar? Are you stuck with 12–16+ patients crammed onto your schedule every single day? Forced to double-book appointments just to keep the clinic's numbers up? Taking home hours of paperwork every night because there was never enough time to chart during the day? If you're ready to get out of that grind and into a small, private practice that actually treats you like a person — not a productivity metric — we should talk. At PhysioFit, you'll see a fraction of the patients per day, with full 55-minute 1-on-1 sessions instead of rushed 15-minute blocks. That means better outcomes for your patients, and it means saving your hands, your back, and your evenings. No double-booking. No concurrent care. No charting until midnight. And you don't have to trade that pace for stability — we offer medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching for those working qualifying hours, plus structured training in high-impact tools like Shockwave and neuromodulation therapy, so you can deliver outcomes that actually move the needle — without needing 16 people on your schedule to do it. Plus, you'll be working alongside experienced clinicians who actually want to help you sharpen your skills, not just clock your productivity. Why You Will Love Working Here Are you burned out from high-volume outpatient clinics that treat clinicians like assembly-line workers? Imagine treating patients one at a time, for a full 55 minutes each, with the support, mentorship, technology, and autonomy to actually help people heal — and a schedule that flexes to fit your life, not the other way around. At PhysioFit Physical Therapy & Wellness, we're not your typical clinic. Since 2002, we've supported patients in Silicon Valley through orthopedics, sports recovery, and lifelong pelvic health. Because we operate as a private out-of-network practice, we aren't bound by insurance visit caps or rushed 15-minute treatment blocks. We are a team that genuinely enjoys working together. Think collaborative case reviews, celebrating each other's clinical wins, and a supportive atmosphere where we value connection and having fun while doing meaningful work. If you're going to spend your workweek somewhere, it should feel like a place where your time and expertise are truly respected — and where your schedule is built around what actually works for you. What Makes Our Clinical Model Different Sustainable, Unhurried Caseloads: No double-booking, no concurrent care, and no exhaustion. Full-time therapists top out at 8 patients a day; part-time schedules are built the same way, with a lighter daily caseload matched proportionally to your hours The pacing is sustainable to ensure you have the mental energy to be present for every patient. 55-Minute 1-on-1 Sessions: You will have dedicated, uninterrupted time to perform thorough manual therapy, build customized movement programs, and develop deep relationships with your patients. Streamlined & Efficient Documentation: We utilize streamlined EMR documentation templates and AI-supported charting tools designed to cut your charting time in half. Combined with dedicated front-desk and administrative support, your daily admin burden stays minimal. Structured Regenerative Tech Training: We don't just hand you a device and expect you to figure it out. We provide structured training and clinical guidelines to help you master cutting-edge regenerative therapies, including: Shockwave Therapy (EPAT & ESWT) EMTT (Electromagnetic Transduction Therapy) Neuromodulation & recovery technologies Holistic Movement Integration: Our clinic blends physical therapy with Pilates Rehab, GYROTONIC®, and movement-based wellness services, creating an engaging and versatile healing environment. A Schedule Built Around You: We know great therapists have full lives outside the clinic. Full-time, part-time, four-day weeks — we're happy to design an arrangement that fits, and we move quickly through hiring so you're not left waiting. About the Role & Career Growth We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat a primary caseload of outpatient orthopedics and sports recovery. Our clinic also specializes in pelvic health, and clinicians with an interest or background in this area are a wonderful fit and something we'd especially love to see — but it is by no means required. We just as enthusiastically welcome dedicated orthopedic generalists and clinicians focused on sports and movement systems. However your clinical passions run, there's room for you here. Built for Growth Mentorship & Clinical Support: You'll work daily alongside clinicians experienced in orthopedics, pelvic health, sports recovery, and regenerative therapies — with collaborative case reviews, clinical co-treatments, and hands-on mentorship to help you expand your skill set at your own pace. Internship & Teaching Opportunities: For clinicians who love educating the next generation, we offer opportunities to mentor interns and lead internal clinical workshops. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional 1-on-1 patient care with a focus on outpatient orthopedics, whole-body wellness, and/or pelvic health (based on your clinical interest). Utilize pre-built documentation templates and AI tool to complete interactive charting efficiently during or immediately after sessions. Implement advanced regenerative technologies (Shockwave, EMTT) using our structured clinical guidelines. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of physical therapists and movement specialists. Participate in regular team meetings, mentorship sessions, and ongoing clinical education. Optional: Mentor student interns if you have a passion for clinical teaching. Who We're Looking For Physical Therapists with an active California PT license (or eligibility). Current CPR/BLS certification. A compassionate clinician who prioritizes patient connection and individualized care over volume. Strong background and passion for general outpatient orthopedics. Working until 7:00 PM and/or Saturday is a nice bonus if it works for you, but not expected. If your ideal schedule looks a little different, we're still glad to talk — flexibility goes both ways here.
