Job Description: 1. Market and Competitive Intelligence Analysis: · Continuously monitor and analyze the platform logistics policies, algorithm preferences, and seller pain points of mainstream Spanish e-commerce platforms (such as Temu, TikTok, Amazon ES, AliExpress, Wallapop, El Corte Inglés, Miravia, etc.), transforming insights into strategic intelligence. · Establish a dynamic monitoring system for competitors (such as Correos, SEUR, DHL, Amazon Logistics, etc.), conducting in-depth analysis of their services, pricing, and product strengths and weaknesses to provide a decision-making basis for our market positioning and differentiation strategy. 2. Customer Solution Design and Consulting: · Directly engage with various e-commerce customers (ranging from SMEs to large key accounts), analyze their business models (cross-border, local warehousing, D2C, live stream e-commerce, etc.), and design end-to-end customized logistics solutions. · Act as a logistics consultant for clients, designing data-driven, tailored logistics solutions focused on optimizing their fulfillment efficiency, user experience, and total cost. 3. Data-Driven Solution Optimization and Iteration: · Perform deep-dive analysis on customer shipping data, logistics KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery rate, tracking completeness rate), and customer feedback to accurately identify operational bottlenecks and service gaps. · Translate analytical findings into concrete product requirements and optimization suggestions, collaborating with operations, technical, and product teams to drive continuous improvement in service standards, cost structures, and system functionality. 4. Solution Delivery and Project Management: · Lead the entire onboarding process for key customers, including requirements analysis, solution formulation, quotation, testing, and official launch. · Lead and manage API integration projects between various customer e-commerce business systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, Shopify, WooCommerce, Eccang, etc.) and our logistics systems, ensuring seamless integration and smooth data flow. 5. Internal Enablement and Knowledge Sharing: · Transform market insights, competitor dynamics, and best practices into internal training materials to empower the sales and account management teams, enhancing overall solutioning capabilities. Job Requirements: · Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in the logistics, express delivery, or e-commerce industry, with a background in e-commerce logistics solutions, customer success, or strategic sales. · Industry Knowledge: · Deep understanding of the Spanish e-commerce ecosystem, familiar with the operations and logistics requirements of at least two mainstream e-commerce platforms. · Understanding of the local express delivery market competitive landscape, with basic knowledge of the services and pricing of main competitors. · Professional Skills: Excellent proposal writing, data analysis (Excel/Sheets), and presentation skills. Basic conceptual knowledge of APIs and system integration. · Languages: Fluent Spanish and English. Chinese is a plus.
