We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure we bring in high-quality candidates who align with our company’s goals and culture. Location: Madrid Work Model: Office based KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and job specifications, • Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards ( LinkedIn, Infojobs,…), career pages, and social media platforms, • Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, networking, and employee referrals, • Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial phone screens and in-person/virtual interviews, • Manage and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and candidates, • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, • Maintain candidate pipelines and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), • Stay up to date with labor legislation, recruitment trends, and best practices, • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences, • Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice, • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports to leadership REQUIREMENTS • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, • Proven experience as a recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (in-house or agency), • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever), • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.), • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, • High attention to detail and organizational skills At AMFresh, we promote equal opportunities without discrimination based on gender, race, age, religion, sexual orientation, or any other potentially exclusionary factor.
