On-campus teaching. Teaching language: English. 👩🏫 Minimum requirements: • University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Labour Relations, Organisational Psychology, Management or related fields., • Professional or teaching experience in HR, talent management, people management, organisational development or related areas., • Knowledge of innovative teaching methodologies, practical case work and active learning., • C2 level of English: mandatory., • C2 level of Spanish: mandatory., • Availability for on-campus teaching at EUM. Will be valued: • PhD or Doctorate., • AQU or ANECA accreditation., • Previous university teaching experience., • Experience teaching HR, people management or organisational behaviour in English., • Professional experience in recruitment, talent development, performance management, training, organisational development, labour relations or people analytics., • C1 level of Catalan., • Participation in research, transfer or innovation projects related to HR, talent management, leadership, diversity, equality or organisational sustainability. 📊 CV assessment scale – 100 points • Suitable academic degree: 10 points, • PhD or Doctorate: 10 points, • AQU or ANECA accreditation: 10 points, • University teaching experience: 20 points, • Relevant professional experience in HR / talent management: 15 points, • Research, publications or transfer related to the subject area: 15 points, • Technological and digital teaching competencies, including Moodle or similar platforms: 10 points, • Teaching innovation, applied learning or knowledge transfer: 5 points, • Catalan C1: 5 points Applications and selection process Candidates must submit their CV, proof of language proficiency, and a brief teaching proposal for the subject, no later than 17 May 2026.
