GRUPO LOS MENCEYES, situada en el Palm Mar, sur de Tenerife, desea incorporar a un/a Jefe de Obra con experiencia mínima de 5 años en la construcción y en el cargo: Funciones Principales · Ejecutar la obra en base a las especificaciones, planos y calidades definidas en el proyecto. · Velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa de seguridad. · Controlar la producción y los costes de la ejecución cumpliendo con las previsiones. · Elaboración o verificación de las mediciones y certificaciones mensuales y aprobación de las facturas de los subcontratistas. · Planificación de las actividades de la obra y control de los plazos, informando a su superior de las desviaciones y riesgos detectados en los tiempos de ejecución.
