You will work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem and Azure cloud. /p h3Solution Development /h3 ul liDesign, develop, test, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customizations and Power Platform solutions. /li liBuild and maintain CRM components: entities, fields, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules. /li liDevelop custom plugins, workflows, and activities using C#. /li liBuild and maintain solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. /li liWrite clean, efficient, well-documented code following best practices. /li /ul h3Collaboration Requirements /h3 ul liCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications. /li liParticipate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). /li liWork closely with developers, QA, architects, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions. /li liMentor junior developers and support team members with technical guidance. /li /ul h3Integrations Cloud /h3 ul liImplement and configure integrations between CRM and external systems (REST APIs, Azure services, internal applications). /li liUse Azure services where needed, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Azure Active Directory. /li liSupport CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes (Azure DevOps, Git). /li /ul h3Maintenance Quality /h3 ul liTroubleshoot and resolve CRM and Power Platform issues. /li liParticipate in code reviews and ensure solutions follow architectural and security guidelines. /li liStay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform updates, and Azure best practices. /li /ul h3The skills we would love to see in your suitcase! /h3 ul li3+ years of experience developing solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. /li liStrong knowledge of CRM configuration (entities, forms, views, workflows). /li liHands‑on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate. /li liStrong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL. /li liExperience with Dynamics 365 API integrations. /li liUnderstanding of Azure cloud services relevant to CRM integrations (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management). /li liFamiliarity with DevOps practices using Azure DevOps and Git. /li liExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments. /li liStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills. /li liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in a relevant field. /li liExperience with additional Microsoft technologies: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams. /li liExperience integrating Power Platform and CRM with multiple enterprise systems. /li liKnowledge of AI/ML concepts or experience with AI‑driven features in Dynamics. /li liExperience with testing frameworks and automated testing for CRM/Power Platform. /li liUnderstanding of cloud architecture, identity management (Azure AD), and security practices. /li /ul h3Why choose us as your next destination? /h3 pWe are super proud of our dedicated team of friendly, energetic passionate professionals.
