High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism education preferred. Fluent in English (oral and written), have a third language (it is valued). Previous experience as a receptionist or in a guest-facing role, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort will be valued. Knowledge of the OPERA program (valued). Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills. Be highly responsible and reliable. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
