The Role Mas Maya is a fast-growing international start-up seeking a part-time, proactive and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Conil de la Frontera. This role supports both the Sales and Client Support functions, ensuring an excellent customer experience from first enquiry through order completion and after-sales support. You will assist with customer communications, sales administration, order coordination, lead follow-up, and relationship management for both individual customers (B2C) and business clients (B2B). The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the Sales team. This role starts as a part-time, project-based position and there is the possibility of extending the contract or transitioning into a longer-term role. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Client Support • Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via different channels, • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and availability, • Support customers throughout their purchasing journey, • Resolve customer questions and issues in a professional and timely manner, • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery, • Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, • Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction Sales Support • Assist the Sales Team with lead management and customer follow-up, • Qualify incoming enquiries and route opportunities appropriately, • Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and customer communications, • Support order processing and coordinate with operations where required, • Maintain accurate customer records within the sales systems, • Assist in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities Account Support • Assist with client accounts and partnerships, • Help coordinate Mas Maya courses, • Contribute to maintaining long-term client relationships Candidate Profile We are looking for an experienced, positive, organized and customer-oriented professional who enjoys helping customers and supporting a growing business.
