Our Health Economics & Modelling team works at the intersection of health economics, outcomes research, market access, and real-world evidence, delivering high-quality evidence generation projects across Europe. We partner with clients to demonstrate the clinical and economic value of innovative healthcare interventions through robust analytical methods, scientific excellence, and strategic thinking. About the Role: • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Consultant, Health Economics & Modelling to join our growing HEOR team., • This is a highly visible role for a health economics professional who combines strong technical expertise with project leadership capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading health economic evaluation projects, supporting market access strategies and managing client relationships., • The role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects including cost-effectiveness analyses, budget impact models, HTA submissions, Joint Clinical Assessments (JCA) and scientific publications. Key Responsibilities: • Client Engagement & Project Leadership, • Lead multiple health economics and modelling projects for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, • Manage day-to-day client interactions and act as a trusted partner throughout project delivery, • Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards, • Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies when required Technical Leadership: • Design, develop, adapt, and validate health economic models, including:, • Cost-Effectiveness Models (CEMs), cost-Utility Analyses (CUAs), • Budget Impact Models (BIMs), • Cost-consequence, • Models supporting HTA submissions and Joint Clinical Assessments (JCA), • Design and conduct deterministic and probabilistic sensitivity analyses, • Review assumptions, methodologies, and model outputs to ensure scientific robustness and consistency, • Lead advisory boards and validation workshops with clinical experts and other stakeholders to elicit, validate, and refine model assumptions, inputs, and methodology, • Support evidence generation strategies aligned with payer and HTA requirements Required Knowledge: • The successful candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of:, • Health economic evaluation methods, • Cost-effectiveness and cost-utility analyses, • Budget impact modelling, • HTA requirements and payer evidence needs, • Market access and value demonstration strategies, • Evidence generation and scientific communication, • The pharmaceutical and healthcare environment Qualifications & Experience Master's degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Mathematics, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline +4 years of experience in: • Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), • Pharmaceutical consulting, • Market Access, • Health economic evaluation, • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering economic models for pharmaceutical clients, • Experience managing projects and client relationships, • Professional fluency in English Technical Skills: • Advanced Microsoft Excel modelling (VBA), • Cost-Effectiveness Analysis, • Cost-Utility Analysis, • Budget Impact Modelling, • Economic model adaptation, • Quantitative analysis and interpretation of results, • Desirable Experience, • R programming, • European HTA processes, • Indirect Treatment Comparisons (ITCs) for JCA, • Scientific publications xqziphu in peer-reviewed journals, • Experience working in international consulting environments Personal Skills & Behaviour: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, • Strong organizational and project management capabilities, • Ability to work independently and proactively, • Attention to detail and commitment to quality, • Collaborative mindset and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams, • Client-focused attitude and professional presence What We Offer: • Opportunity to work on high-impact HEOR, Market Access, and Health Economics projects across Spain and Europe., • Exposure to leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, • A collaborative and scientifically driven environment, • Opportunities to contribute to publications and conference presentations, • Professional development within a growing international consulting organization, • The chance to play a key role in shaping innovative evidence-generation strategies that support healthcare decision-making Language Requirement: Spanish (fully proficient) and professional fluency in English
