Responsibilities Se anima a todos los posibles solicitantes a que se desplacen y lean la descripción completa del puesto antes de presentar su candidatura. • Lead and grow the EIT Supernovas Community by engaging women entrepreneurs, investors, ambassadors, and ecosystem stakeholders across Europe., • Manage community activities and communication channels, fostering networking, collaboration, peer learning, and member participation online and offline., • Coordinate onboarding and engagement journeys for community members, ensuring active participation in programmes, events, and opportunities., • Develop and promote community content, success stories, and engagement campaigns to increase visibility, retention, and ecosystem impact., • Monitor community performance and stakeholder engagement metrics, using insights to improve community experience, growth, and partnerships., • Develop and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and investors., • Support Supernovas’ network growth and ensure activities are attractive for partnerships., • Align communications, campaigns, and events to maximize visibility, leads, and business opportunities., • Implement and adapt HQ marketing plans for Supernovas initiatives., • Ensure consistent brand identity and tone of voice across all channels., • Plan and execute communication campaigns, including digital marketing, SEO, and media relations., • Create and manage content: visuals, presentations, newsletters, social media, and storytelling., • Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets and suppliers., • Plan, organize, and deliver events (networking, promotional, business, and flagship)., • Align events with branding, communications, and visibility goals., • Manage logistics, suppliers, contracts, and budgets. Requirements • At least 5 years of professional experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership management, community building, or ecosystem development, ideally within innovation, entrepreneurship, or EU-funded environments., • Proven ability to engage, influence, and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders — start-ups, corporates, investors, academia, and public institutions — at European level., • Solid experience designing and implementing engagement strategies and multi-partner collaboration frameworks that drive measurable results., • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with a track record of delivering events, campaigns, or community programmes end-to-end., • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities — both written and verbal — able to adapt messages to different audiences and channels., • Strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial attitude: able to translate programme goals into concrete engagement activities and partnerships., • Collaborative, proactive and solution-oriented approach with high emotional intelligence and ability to thrive in multicultural and cross-functional teams., • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in additional EU languages will be an asset. xcskxlj, • A university degree in business, international relations, innovation management, communications, or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
