We are looking for an experienced RF Engineer to join our R&D organization and play a key role in the design and development of advanced radio frequency and antenna systems for our next-generation security products. This is a high-impact role, offering a unique opportunity to shape innovative devices that connect and protect millions of customers worldwide. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring that our wireless solutions meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and compliance. • Analyze and define radio frequency and antenna requirements across various wireless interfaces., • Design RF front-end circuits and antennas for new product developments., • Lead workshops to define and document RF architectures for new devices., • Select appropriate RF components based on performance, reliability, and cost., • Provide RF-related support to manufacturing and production testing., • Define, develop, and execute test plans to validate RF performance., • Diagnose and resolve issues in existing systems, recommending upgrades where necessary., • Ensure designs meet both functional and non-functional requirements, including quality and timelines., • Support regulatory certification and compliance processes (ETSI, FCC, etc.)., • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field (MSc preferred)., • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in RF circuit and antenna design., • Deep understanding of RF principles, antenna theory, and wireless interfaces., • Hands-on experience in RF front-end design and component selection., • Proficiency with RF simulation and measurement tools (CST, HFSS, Smith Chart, Spectrum and Vector Network Analyzers)., • Strong knowledge of EMC/EMI considerations and regulatory standards., • Experience in defining and executing RF test plans (Python scripting for automation is a plus)., • Familiarity with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and full-cycle product development., • Proven ability to document technical specifications and decisions clearly., • Fluent in English and Spanish (minimum C1 level)., • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills., • Detail-oriented and self-motivated problem solver with strong analytical capabilities., • Proactive and hands-on, able to identify constraints and propose effective solutions., • High energy and flexibility, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments., • Collaborative mindset, capable of building strong cross-functional relationships in multicultural teams., • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering results., • Passionate about developing innovative products that protect what matters most., • Lunch included — Enjoy free daily meals at our onsite canteen., • Dynamic and vibrant environment — Collaborate with top professionals across multiple disciplines., • International projects — Work with colleagues and stakeholders from different countries., • Team building activities — Because it’s important to have fun together!, • Passionate in Everything We Do — We move with energy and focus on creating impact quickly., • Committed to Making a Difference — We deliver on our promises with excellence and discipline., • Always Innovating — We continuously improve, take risks, and learn., • Winning as a Team — We collaborate, develop our people, and celebrate success together.
