We combine institutional‑grade residential real estate, industrialised 3D‑printing construction and a MiCA‑compliant tokenised equity layer. We are looking for a senior CFO to join the founding team and lead all financial and capital markets activities. This is a hybrid role, preferably based in Spain, with responsibility for shaping the financial strategy of a high‑growth, impact‑driven platform. Key responsibilities Lead fundraising across equity, bank debt and private capital (family offices, institutional/PE, impact and tokenised investors). Structure and negotiate long‑term financing at conservative LTV levels, including relationships with commercial and development banks and public programmes (e.g. sovereign/affordable housing vehicles). Own and evolve the group financial model covering acquisitions, development, operations and exit scenarios for a 6,000–10,000 unit platform. Build finance, FP&A, treasury and reporting processes, including multi‑jurisdiction consolidation and SOCIMI/REIT‑style requirements. Design and implement the international corporate structure (PropCo/SOCIMI, ManCo, tokenisation vehicle and SPVs) together with legal and tax advisors. Help specify and oversee the tokenised capital stack and digital investor reporting (MiCA‑compliant security tokens, distributions, governance and dashboards). Co‑lead investor relations, due diligence and board reporting with the CEO and EVP. Ideal profile 10+ years in senior finance roles, including CFO/Deputy CFO/Head of Finance in real estate, infrastructure, private equity, or an investment platform. Proven track record in raising and structuring sizeable equity and debt capital in Europe. Experience with Spanish and/or pan‑European real estate structures; SOCIMI/REIT and/or listed‑platform experience is a strong plus.
