At Noray we are looking for an Executive & Commercial Coordinator will act as a key link between the CEO, internal production teams, and external customers and partners. This is a newly created role designed to strengthen the commercial and operational capacity of the company at a pivotal stage of growth. The role combines executive support with commercial coordination, customer relationship management, and internal operations liaison. KEY RESPONSABILITIES COMMERCIAL COORDINATION & CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and commercial partners, ensuring professional and timely communication. Manage and coordinate customer relationships, including order follow-up, delivery scheduling, documentation, and after-sales communication. Liaise with internal production teams (Hatchery Manager, Production Managers) to align customer commitments with production capacity and schedules. Prepare and manage commercial documentation: quotes, order confirmations, shipping documents, certificates, and invoices in coordination with the administration manager, and quality and finance department. Maintain and update a CRM or customer tracking system to ensure no customer falls through the cracks. Help and support the administration manager in the daily tasks when necessary. CEO EXECUTIVE & MARKET DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT: Draft, review, and manage correspondence in English and Spanish on behalf of the CEO. Assist with the preparation of board materials, presentations, and reports. Support the CEO in building the commercial pipeline Research potential customers, markets, and industry events. Assist in preparing commercial proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, together with the marketing manager. Maintain an organized database of prospects, leads, and market intelligence. Support the CEO in preparing for trade fairs, customer visits, and partner meetings. INTERNAL COORDINATION & OPERATIONS SUPPORT: Act as a coordination hub between departments, ensuring information flows smoothly between production, quality, finance, and maintenance teams. Follow up on internal action items, deadlines, and deliverables across departments. Coordinate with the Quality & Sustainability Manager on certification and audit-related documentation for customers. Support the preparation and coordination of internal meetings and team communications. Assist with supplier communication and procurement coordination as needed. CANDIDATE PROFILE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: + 2 years of experience in a comparable role (executive assistant, commercial coordinator, operations coordinator, or key account support). Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) — this is essential and non-negotiable. Proven experience managing customer relationships and commercial correspondence. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness and ability to be physically present at our production facility in Medina del Campo on a regular basis, as required by operational needs. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in the food, aquaculture, agriculture, or biotech sectors. Experience in an international or multicultural work environment. Knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and supply chain coordination. Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools (Holded). Additional languages (Norwegian, Swedish, or other Scandinavian languages are a plus). University degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Communications, or a related field. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and demonstrated capabilities.
