In this role, you will define and coordinate the technical evolution of our core web-based platforms, ensuring they are scalable to support the company’s projected growth. /ppYou will act as the vital bridge between our internal stakeholders and technical teams, transforming business needs and strategies into technical realities. Your scope will include our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-Commerce platforms, our B2B Wholesale portals, and our Retail Point of Sale (POS) systems. /ppYou will focus on refining internal processes, managing requirements, and overseeing testing processes to guarantee that all deliverables meet high-quality standards and align perfectly with business needs. /ph3Responsibilities. /h3ulliProject Lifecycle Management: Define the scope of work, manage project tasks, and monitor the technical implementation of solutions. You will be responsible for the timeline, technical approach, and quality standards of the final product. /liliBusiness-to-Technical Translation: Gather requirements with stakeholders. Translate these needs into clear technical specifications for development teams to implement. /liliStakeholder Management: Maintain fluid, open communication channels with diverse internal teams to ensure new processes are properly adopted and aligned with company strategy. /liliSolution Design Vendor Coordination: Propose scalable technical solutions and coordinate with external partners/agencies for implementation. /liliOperational Maintenance: You will oversee operational maintenance and evolutionary updates post-launch. /liliQuality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables function correctly and solve the specific business problems identified during the scoping phase. /li /ulh3Requirements. /h3ulliExperience: Proven experience bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution (e.g., as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Technical Project Manager). /liliTechnical Fluency: Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS/React) and backend concepts (Java, SQL).
