Lead Artificial Intelligence based and collaborative projects across departments within the organization, ensuring they are aligned with the BT strategy and company business plans. This position involves implementing internal procedures and processes to guarantee the efficient allocation of resources, compliance with applicable regulations, conduct and business practices. Responsibilities. • Project management: scope of work definition, manage project team and calendar and lead the implementation of the solution, monitoring and controlling performance through KPIs and assessing project risks., • Effective Communication with the different stakeholders, key partners and departments to ensure the projects and new processes are properly established., • Support AI & machine learning approach to business projects. Manage customer interfaces. Assist business from a new technologies’ perspective., • Document processes and training for key users within the organization., • Change management and facilitation skills to ensure team collaboration within the organization., • Strong commitment to work ethic and company mission. Required. • Degree any Engineering discipline., • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, using AI technologies for practical use cases. Ideal candidates will have applied these technologies within business contexts., • Python and SQL programming knowledge., • Autonomous learning, teamwork, fluid communication, analytical mindset., • Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish. Desirable. • Previous experience in Google Cloud Platform and associated Google services (Big Query, Looker Studio, CloudRun & Cloud Functions…)., • Previous experience in applying generative AI solutions in a business environment.
