Work with sales team closely to offer solution to customers., 2. Play the role of lead technical interface with customer in positioning Envision Technology, products/solutions, product compliance etc., 3. Analyse RFP/RFQ documentation and assess project scope and risk, customize optimal turbine and tower solution., 4. Prepare the technical proposals with high quality supported by logistics, Installation, Commissioning, O&M, etc., 5. Responsible to drive pre-sales activities like Wind Resource Assessment, layout optimization, loads assessment, market&grid compliance study, certifications including SSDA, and logistics, Installation, Commissioning, O&M, delivery schedule etc., 6. Conduct technical presentations, workshops and provide clarifications to our customers. 7.Own technical customer relationship including Technical Adviser, Design Institue, independent 3rd parties, lenders, and insurance agency’s technical teams etc 8. Responsible for leading the contract technical negotiation., 9. Drive clarity on new emerging international market customer requirements, align suitable product/solution offerings, technical document/specification readiness and completeness as per market requirement., 10. Study competitive landscape, conduct market and LCoE analysis for ongoing product technical solution development Requirements 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Energy, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or other Engineering background major., 2. 7+ years wind power industry work experience., 3. Have experience in technical bidding for wind power projects for different customers and countries in Europe., 4. Have experience for wind power project in contract negotiation in Europe., 5. Account management, Customer relationship • Problem solving • Cross functional team management, operations/ program management, 6. Communication skills, including ability to manage across all stake holders at customer organization., 7. Fluency in technical English., 8. Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment with multiple priorities.
