We are looking for an HR Manager to lead and drive the people strategy at country level within a dynamic industrial and/or logistics environment. Working model: Primarily on‑site, with 1 day of remote work per week Key responsibilities • Act as a strategic HR leader and trusted advisorto senior stakeholders, influencing business decisions through people strategy., • Define and execute the local HR roadmap, aligned with global guidelines and business objectives., • Lead the implementation of global and regional HR policies and initiatives, ensuring full compliance with labor legislation., • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiativesin operational environments., • Own and oversee employee relations strategy, managing complex labor matters, negotiations, and conflict resolution., • Lead and ensure excellence across all talent processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning., • Identify and implement development and capability-building initiativesaligned with business needs., • Oversee compensation & benefits processesand annual HR cycles in coordination with global teams., • Monitor and leverage HR KPIs (engagement, turnover, absenteeism, performance) to drive continuous improvement and informed decision‑making., • Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence and shared services, ensuring effective execution at local level., • Provide leadership, coaching, and developmentto junior HR team members where applicable. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field., • 6–10+ years of HR experience, including solid experience in HR Business Partner or generalist roles., • Proven background in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments., • Experience in multinational and matrix organizations., • Strong expertise in labor law and employee relations, including complex cases., • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills., • Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on and pragmatic approach., • Fluent English (C1 or higher – mandatory)and local language. xcskxlj, • Availability for occasional travel.
