📍 Valencia, Spain | 🕒 Full-time | 📄 Maternity leave replacement About the job ESMOVIA is looking for a Group Coordinator to manage Erasmus+ mobility projects for groups of students undertaking internships in the Valencia region. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in international mobility, Erasmus+ programmes or educational project coordination, who speak Polish, Spanish and English, and are based in (or willing to relocate to) Valencia. About ESMOVIA ESMOVIA is an international organization based in Valencia, specialized in international mobility and Erasmus+ VET projects. We work with students, teachers and professionals from across Europe, offering high-quality training experiences through internships in local companies, customized mobility programmes and strong on-site support. Our mission is to promote cultural integration, professional development, inclusion and diversity. Responsibilities • Coordinate Erasmus+ mobility projects with sending organisations, • Prepare and manage budgets, documentation and mobility materials, • Maintain continuous communication with international partners, • Welcome groups upon arrival in Valencia and support them during their stay, • Organise and lead welcome, monitoring and final meetings, • Accompany students to host companies on their first working day, • Act as the main point of contact for participants and accompanying teachers, • Handle incidents and coordinate solutions with internal ESMOVIA teams Requirements • Previous experience in international mobility, Erasmus+ projects or similar roles (preferred), • University degree (Humanities, Education, International Relations or related fields valued), • Languages (mandatory):, • Polish –fluent, • Spanish – professional level, • English – professional level, • Good command of office tools, cloud-based platforms and management software, • Strong communication skills, cultural awareness, organisational capacity and adaptability Employment details • Contract: Maternity leave replacement. Possibility of permanent contract after completion, • From 26 January to 30 September 2026, • Working hours:, • Monday–Thursday: 9:00–14:00 / 15:00–18:00, • Friday: 9:00–15:00. One full Friday every 6 weeks (rotational), • Occasional weekend work for group arrivals (compensated with time off), • Work model: On-site, • Location: Valencia city centre Salary & benefits • Salary: €24,000 – €26,000 gross/year + productivity bonus, • Company mobile phone, • Local public transport pass, • Continuous training, • International, collaborative and stable working environment
