We are looking for a Pricing and Analysis Manager to lead our pricing strategy, manage a team of analysts and collaborate across departments to maximize profitability and competitiveness. • Design and implement pricing strategies aligned with business goals, market conditions, and customer value., • Conduct market and competitive analysis to assess pricing trends, competitor positioning and customer behavior., • Build and maintain pricing tools, frameworks and discount structures to support strategic decisions., • Partner with sales, marketing, finance and product teams to ensure pricing consistency and alignment., • Analyze pricing metrics such as revenue, margin and elasticity to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities., • Recommend pricing adjustments, bundling strategies and value‑added services to enhance profitability., • Assist in developing pricing proposals and negotiating contracts while balancing revenue goals and client satisfaction., • Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement., • Work with product and finance teams to evaluate pricing tiers and optimize portfolio performance., • Ensure adherence to pricing regulations and industry best practices., • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field., • 4+ years of experience in pricing analysis, revenue management or related roles., • Strong proficiency in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling and financial techniques., • Experience with pricing software and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL)., • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders., • Strategic thinker with a data‑driven mindset and ability to translate insights into action., • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities., • Proven leadership experience with a track record of building high‑performing teams., • Knowledge of pricing compliance and industry best practices., • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
