Multiverse Computing Multiverse Computing is a fast-growing deep-tech company founded in 2019 and recognized by CB Insights as one of the 100 most promising AI companies globally. We are the largest quantum software company in the EU, with 250+ employees worldwide building advanced AI and quantum solutions that help enterprises tackle complex, high-impact challenges across industries such as finance, energy, manufacturing, telecom, and industrials. Our mission is to enable organizations to gain a meaningful competitive edge through cutting-edge AI and quantum technologies. We are a European deep-tech leader in quantum and AI, backed by major global strategic investors and strong EU support. Our groundbreaking technology is already transforming how AI is deployed worldwide — compressing large language models by up to 95% without losing accuracy and cutting inference costs by 50–80%. Joining us means working on cutting-edge solutions that make AI faster, greener, and more accessible — and being part of a company often described as a “quantum-AI unicorn in the making.” Multiverse Computing builds the software layer that turns GPU infrastructure into a production AI environment. Multiverse Foundry lets data centers and GPU operators run multi-tenant, metered AI services on their own hardware, with CompactifAI model compression built in. We also sell inference capacity directly, priced by tokens. We're hiring someone to own our partnerships across the AI infrastructure stack, from silicon to the data center. You'll build and run the go-to-market with semiconductor companies, GPU and data center hardware resellers, and data center operators, and close customer opportunities that come through those channels. Your job is to turn those relationships into joint offers, pipeline and revenue for Foundry and our inference services. Semiconductor partnerships. Build relationships with NVIDIA and European semiconductor companies. Get Foundry and CompactifAI validated on their hardware, agree joint positioning, and use their field teams and ecosystems as a route to end customers. Reseller channel. Recruit and enable GPU and data center hardware resellers to bundle Foundry and inference with the infrastructure they already sell. Put in place partner programs, deal registration, pricing structures and sales enablement. Data center operators. Work with data center operators to offer Foundry-based AI services to their clients, and to host capacity for our own inference offering. Own the GTM plan. Define target partners, joint value propositions, sales motions and commercial models for each segment. Run the partner pipeline, forecast accurately and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. Sell inference and tokens. Position token-based inference commercially and technically, including cost per token, throughput, latency and the effect of model compression on GPU utilization. Close deals. Negotiate partnership agreements and reseller terms, and lead customer opportunities through to signature, working with legal, finance and presales. Be the voice of the partner internally. Bring hardware roadmaps, partner requirements and competitive signals back to product and engineering. 5+ years in sales, business development or partnerships in semiconductors, AI infrastructure, data centers or cloud. Proven experience closing customer opportunities end to end, from qualification and proposal through negotiation and signature, with a track record against quota or revenue targets. A track record of closing partner or channel deals with measurable revenue attached. Working technical knowledge of the AI infrastructure stack: GPUs and accelerators, inference serving, model deployment, data center economics (power, utilization, margin per GPU). Comfort explaining token-based pricing and inference economics to both technical buyers and commercial decision makers. An existing network across European semiconductor companies, hardware resellers or data center operators. Spanish and wider EU market knowledge is a strong plus. Experience building a GTM motion from an early stage, where the playbook doesn't exist yet. Fluent English and Spanish Experience at a GPU or AI accelerator vendor, a GPU cloud provider or a hardware distributor. Familiarity with sovereign AI initiatives and European AI gigafactory programs. Background in multi-tenant platforms, Kubernetes-based AI tooling or MLOps. • Indefinite contract., • Equal pay guaranteed., • Variable performance bonus., • Signing bonus., • We offer work visa sponsorship (If applicable)., • Relocation package (if applicable)., • Private health insurance., • Eligibility for educational budget according to internal policy., • Hybrid opportunity., • Flexible working hours., • Language classes and discounted lunch options, • A high-performance, collaborative environment, operating at pace on cutting-edge technologies, • Career plan.
