We are committed to delivering exceptional service and building long-term partnerships with our dealers across EMEA. 🌍 GLOBAL SALES ENABLEMENT DIRECTOR Location: Barcelona (EU HQ) — Global Scope ABOUT THE ROLE Based in Barcelona, this is a global leadership role with full accountability across EMEA, North America, Asia, and Latin America. The Global Sales Enablement Director owns Salesforce and core sales systems as global products, with end-to-end responsibility for strategy, roadmap, governance, and adoption. The role defines and drives a single source of truth for sales tooling, lead management, enablement, and performance reporting, enabling a consistent, data- and opportunity-led global sales model. It also leads the transformation from reactive account management to a proactive, insight-driven commercial organization, ensuring scalable execution across all regions. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES CRM MANAGEMENT (SALESFORCE) • Own Salesforce as a global product (strategy, roadmap, adoption), • Align Product, Engineering, Sales, and Data teams on execution, • Establish Salesforce as the global system for leads, pipeline, and performance, • Eliminate fragmented and offline reporting across regions, • Ensure global data quality, consistency, and usability, • Scale solutions while supporting regional (EU HQ) requirements B2B TOOL MANAGEMENT (ORDER MANAGEMENT) • Own global B2B order management systems strategy, • Optimize end-to-end order-to-cash processes (order capture, pricing, inventory, fulfillment), • Ensure integration between CRM, ERP, and enterprise systems, • Maintain governance, scalability, and data integrity across markets SALES ENABLEMENT • Lead global sales enablement strategy and execution, • Build and scale a global Lead & Account Opening Playbook, • Drive adoption of proactive, opportunity-led selling across regions, • Partner with commercial teams to identify growth and performance opportunities TRAINING AND CAPABILITY BUILDING • Design and deliver global training on CRM, tools, and sales best practices, • Build scalable learning frameworks with regional adaptation, • Lead and develop a global CRM & systems enablement team LEAD MANAGEMENT AND STRATEGY • Own end-to-end lead lifecycle: sourcing, qualification, distribution, • Define global qualification standards with regional flexibility, • Drive segmentation, market mapping, and target account planning, • Translate global strategy into actionable regional execution DATA, REPORTING AND GOVERNANCE • Define CRM and sales performance as single source of truth, • Build dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and account growth, • Lead weekly and monthly global sales performance reviews, • Partner with BI/Analytics for decision-making and insights KEY DELIVERABLES • Salesforce global product roadmap, • B2B order management ownership model, • Global Lead & Account Opening Playbook, • Training & enablement programs, • Lead distribution framework, • Global dashboards & KPI system, • Sales governance & review cadence, • Market mapping & target account strategy, • Integration initiatives (e.g., EDI where applicable) KEY KPIS • Lead-to-opportunity conversion, • Opportunity-to-active-account conversion, • Time to first order, • CRM adoption and data quality, • New active accounts vs target, • System uptime and integration reliability, • Training completion and capability scores, • Lead volume and quality by region MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE • 10+ years leading global CRM, sales enablement, or commercial operations in complex, international organizations, • Deep expertise in Salesforce and modern B2B sales systems, • Proven experience operating across multiple regions, • Product ownership mindset with experience in product-led or platform-driven organizations, • Strong analytical thinking with a bias for execution and measurable impact, • Degree required; MBA or equivalent business education is a plus, • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage PERSONAL SKILLS • Strong leadership and stakeholder management, • Ability to influence senior leadership globally, • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability, • Strong communication and change management skills, • Comfortable operating in complex, global environments, • Results-driven and highly accountable HOW TO APPLY • Apply via LinkedIn (mandatory) JOIN US We are building a globally connected, high-performance sales organization powered by data, tools, and enablement.
