Overview In this role you will design and own intelligent automation within the Finance team to reduce manual work across FP&A, compliance, revenue recognition, and reporting. You’ll bridge AI tooling with financial systems, building production-grade workflows on our ERP/CRM/HRIS stack and integrating LLM capabilities. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal and Business Development to deliver cross-functional, scalable automation that supports SOX and multi-entity operations. This is a high-impact role shaping our automation strategy and governance. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Health Insurance, • Hybrid work format, • Breakfast, Fruit & Snacks at the office, • Ticket Restaurant, • Gym access, • Referral Program Responsabilidades, • Design and deploy LLM-powered agents and automation pipelines for Finance workflows (GL reconciliation, accrual logic, SOX cross-referencing, billing anomaly detection, advertiser concentration reporting), • Build and maintain ERP/CRM/HRIS/T&E integrations including automated journal entries, amortization scheduling, and data validation, • Develop Python-based financial models, CLI tools, and Excel/Sheets automation for multi-entity reporting, revenue projections, and scenario analysis, • Support SOX user access controls and audits by automating data extraction and cross-referencing from Salesforce and NetSuite, • Maintain AI governance and internal documentation on tools, prompts, and workflow specs, • Collaborate with Finance, Legal/Compliance, and Operations to turn requirements into production-ready tooling Requisitos principales, • 5+ years in software/data/automation roles, • at least 2 years in production AI/LLM-powered applications, • Strong Python skills (data pipelines, REST APIs, openpyxl, pandas), • Experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, GL configuration), • Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM integration (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI), • Experience in SOX-compliant or regulated financial environments, • Solid understanding of financial data models (revenue recognition, GLs, accruals, multi-entity consolidation), • Ability to work cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders, • Excellent English skills (C1), • Collaborative mindset, • Stakeholder alignment, • Attention to governance and documentation, • Python (data pipelines, API integration, CLI tooling), • openpyxl, pandas, • Experience with Anthropic Claude or OpenAI for workflows
