Our Ideal Pastry Sous Chef will have: Our ideal Pastry Sous Chef candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to provide exceptional service according to standards. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. The ability to multi-task is required, as well as the ability to plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees. Must have at least 1 years’ experience as a Pastry Sous Chef in a similar environment. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish. Actively solicit and book group and transient business from various sources of leads. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in virtual and in-person presentations. Familiarity with Salesforce, Opera, and/or other CRM systems. Working knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management. Strong attention to detail and a service mindset tailored to high-expectation clients.
