About the Role You will assist the Chef de Partie and kitchen brigade in preparing ingredients, executing dishes to Mandarin Oriental Hotels Group standards, and supporting service across outlets and events. The role provides exposure to high-volume banqueting and fine dining production within a luxury hospitality environment.
