With operations all over the world, we celebrate a diverse range of cultures at CPL Aromas and offer equal opportunities and flexibility. /p h3Reports To /h3 pGlobal Marketing Communications Manager /p h3Job Purpose /h3 pThe Event Planner will: /p ul liPlan, organize, and manage all internal and external events across CPL Aromas divisions. /li liEnsure all events are aligned with CPL Aromas' brand identity and strategic objectives. /li liCoordinate with local teams to customize events based on regional needs and preferences. /li liPromote CPL Aromas’ technologies and ensure events follow corporate branding guidelines. /li liManage logistics for CPL staff attending events, including travel, accommodations, and event materials. /li liOversee the execution of the annual Macro Trend event, ensuring successful implementation across various divisions. /li liOrganize and execute customer and VIP events that strengthen brand engagement and relationships. /li /ul h3Tasks and Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan and manage all internal and external events across different CPL Aromas divisions, ensuring each event aligns with business goals and objectives. /li liCoordinate with local teams to understand specific requirements and tailor events to meet regional needs. /li liCoordinate CPL Aromas’ participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. /li liOrganize logistics, including registration, booth design, promotional materials, travel arrangements, and hotel bookings for CPL staff. /li liEnsure effective communication with CPL staff attending the shows, providing them with necessary event details. /li liOversee the planning and execution of the annual Macro Trend event, ensuring it is successfully implemented across various divisions. /li liCollaborate with relevant departments to develop content, presentations, and collateral that align with CPL’s strategic objectives. /li liManage and organize customer parties and VIP events, ensuring that they are consistent with CPL Aromas’ brand image and messaging. /li liBuild relationships with customers to create engaging, memorable experiences that promote CPL’s technologies and brand values. /li liSource and manage relationships with external vendors, such as venues, caterers, AV teams, and marketing agencies, to ensure timely and quality delivery of services. /li liCreate, manage, and track event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising the quality of the event. /li liReport on event expenses, providing analysis and insights for future planning and decision‑making. /li liConduct post‑event evaluations to assess effectiveness, gather attendee feedback, and identify areas for improvement. /li liProvide reports on event performance and ROI, offering recommendations for future events. /li /ul h3Skills and Attributes Required /h3 ul liAt least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business and Marketing. /li liProven experience in planning and managing large‑scale corporate events, trade shows, and customer engagements. /li liStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and meet tight deadlines. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and customers. /li liExceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail to ensure high‑quality event execution and brand consistency. /li liStrong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing event needs and last‑minute challenges. /li liCalm under pressure and able to make quick, thoughtful decisions in fast‑paced environments. /li liExperience managing event budgets, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring cost‑effective solutions. /li liAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners. /li liA background in fragrance, fashion, or luxury industries would be advantageous. /li liExperience in an international setting, managing events across different countries and regions. /li liProfessional highly developed ability in written and verbal skills. /li liAffinity for fragrances. /li liStrong understanding of marketing principles. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals. /li liA customer‑focused mindset. /li liCreative thinking with the capacity to generate fresh ideas for marketing. /li liProficiency in using marketing software and tools. /li liProficiency in English. /li /ul pAll qualified applicants will be considered for employment irrespective of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, sex, gender identity or disability status.
