About the role With your expertise, you'll be the cornerstone of our procurement process, driving the acquisition of vital commodities, and ensuring our operations continue to soar with finesse and agility. Your responsibilities • Interface with Global Procurement: Coordinate with global teams to ensure proper supply alignment, execution of global strategies, and reporting., • Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers ensuring compliance with technical, legal, quality, and sustainability requirements., • Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate prices, delivery terms, service levels, payment terms, and commercial conditions., • CAPEX & OPEX Procurement: Manage contracts, tenders, and procurement cycles related to equipment, engineering services, maintenance, and general indirect categories., • Project Coordination: Support and track cost-improvement initiatives, CAPEX projects, and operational efficiency programs., • Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Quality, Legal, Logistics, and other departments requiring procurement support., • Contract Management: Prepare, negotiate, and monitor contract execution ensuring compliance and minimizing liabilities. The experience we're looking for • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics or similar (Master’s preferred)., • Experience in procurement, supply chain, supplier management or related fields (preferably industrial or CAPEX/OPEX)., • Strong negotiation, analytical and project management skills., • Proficiency with SAP, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement tools (Ariba, Anaplan preferred)., • Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus., • Strong communication abilities and ability to work cross-functionally., • Autonomy, problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and strong ownership orientation.
