Working closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Assurance, Supply Chain, and external suppliers, you will ensure that materials, manufacturing processes, inspections, and final products comply with customer requirements and the highest aerospace quality standards. /p pThis role combines a strong understanding of manufacturing processes with a proactive quality mindset, requiring attention to detail, analytical thinking, and close collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to support product excellence, traceability, continuous improvement, and successful customer deliveries. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pYou will be engaged in all quality assurance activities related to the manufacturing of space photovoltaic solar panels, including but not limited to: /p ul liEnsure compliance with quality requirements for incoming materials, in process assemblies, and finished products prior to customer delivery. /li liPerform incoming inspection and quality control of materials and components supplied by external vendors, supporting supplier qualification, monitoring, and audits when required. /li liValidate and supervise in process and final inspections, ensuring the correct implementation of inspection plans, acceptance criteria, and full product traceability. /li liConduct product, process, and manufacturing audits in accordance with customer requirements, internal procedures, and applicable aerospace quality standards. /li liSupport Manufacturing Engineering in the definition and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, work instructions, inspection plans, and quality controls. /li liManage manufacturing quality incidents and non conformities, leading root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions in collaboration with Product Assurance and production teams. /li liEnsure the proper management of quality records, inspection reports, statistical process control data, metrology, calibration, and product handling, storage, and transportation conditions. /li liReview and approve manufacturing documentation and quality records required for internal acceptance and customer deliveries. /li liEnsure compliance with ESD protection, cleanliness, contamination control, and clean room requirements throughout manufacturing and inspection activities. /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying quality risks, process deviations, and opportunities to increase manufacturing robustness and product reliability. /li liProvide technical guidance to inspectors and production personnel regarding quality requirements, inspection methods, and acceptance criteria /li /ul h3Education and Requirements /h3 pTo be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements: /p ul liUniversity degree in Industrial, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics, Materials Engineering, or a related scientific or technical field. /li liPrevious experience in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Quality, Product Quality, or Inspection activities within the aerospace, automotive, electronics, energy, or other high technology manufacturing industries. /li liExperience with manufacturing processes, assembly, integration, or inspection of complex industrial products is highly valued. /li liKnowledge of quality management systems and applicable international quality standards.
