Mission: As a Cybersecurity Manager in a global automotive corporation, the role involves leading the strategic and operational aspects of cybersecurity across multiple regions and business units. The manager is responsible for safeguarding digital assets, ensuring compliance with international standards, and driving a culture of security throughout the organization. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives., • Oversee risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability management across IT and OT environments., • Lead incident response planning and execution, including coordination with global teams and external partners., • Ensure compliance with regulations such as ISO, TISAX, GDPR, NIS2, …, • Collaborate with other departments and inside IT to embed security by design in development and infrastructure., • Manage cybersecurity awareness programs and training initiatives We are looking for: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field., • Proven experience in cybersecurity leadership within the industrial sector., • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks applicable to the business, • Expertise in network security, cloud security, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence., • Excellent Communication and Management skills, • Fluent in English, • Strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise, capable of navigating complex global environments and driving cybersecurity excellence in a fast-paced, innovation-driven industry.
