International B2B Company | Executive Committee Member Position Summary As a member of the Executive Committee and reporting directly to the CEO, the Operations Director leads the operational strategy and execution of a key manufacturing site within an international industrial group. This role plays a critical part in ensuring long-term competitiveness by driving operational excellence, innovation, and alignment across all core functions. Mission • Ensure a zero-accident safety culture and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards., • Guarantee on-time delivery with the highest levels of quality, service, and cost-efficiency., • Lead the transformation of operations through lean principles, digitalization, and strategic investments., • Build robust, future-oriented capabilities across people, systems, and processes. Key Responsibilities • Operational Leadership, • Oversee all plant operations, including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain., • Drive performance improvement and operational efficiency through clear KPIs, lean practices, and a strong culture of continuous improvement., • Ensure product quality and consistency in alignment with customer specifications and R&D requirements., • Optimize supply chain flows, from raw material planning to logistics, ensuring service level targets and cost control., • Support product industrialization by coordinating with R&D and providing operational resources for testing and launch. Strategic & Cross-functional Alignment • Contribute to the company’s industrial strategy and investment planning., • Ensure long-term development of industrial assets, technologies, and organizational capabilities., • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Sales, and R&D to ensure full alignment between operational execution and business priorities., • Represent Operations at Executive Committee level, contributing to strategic decision-making. People & Organizational Leadership • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a high-performance culture based on trust, accountability, and empowerment., • Communicate the company’s vision and strategic priorities across all operational levels, translating them into actionable plans., • Promote capability building and ensure talent development in close coordination with HR. Profile Requirements • Over 10 years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing operations, ideally within industrial or B2B sectors., • Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies., • University degree in Engineering or related fields; an MBA or Master’s degree is highly valued., • Proven track record in leading complex operations and aligning them with strategic business objectives., • Fluent in Spanish and English; experience in international or multicultural environments is a plus.
