SilverBack is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Completions Coordinator to support a major industrial project. The selected candidate will play a key role in coordinating mechanical completion activities, ensuring systems are completed, documented, and ready for commissioning and handover in line with project requirements. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate mechanical completion activities across assigned systems and disciplines., • Define and manage system and subsystem boundaries in line with the project completion strategy., • Track completion status, punch lists, and readiness for commissioning and handover., • Compile, review, and manage completion dossiers and handover documentation., • Interface closely with construction, quality, engineering, and commissioning teams., • Support site inspections, walk-downs, and system handovers., • Maintain accurate completion records and progress reporting. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience as a Completions Coordinator / Mechanical Completion Coordinator on large industrial or infrastructure projects., • Strong understanding of mechanical completion, system handover, and commissioning readiness., • Experience managing punch lists, dossiers, and turnover documentation., • Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines and stakeholders., • Familiarity with completion management systems (e.g. WinPCS, ProCoSys, ICAPS, Omega) is an advantage., • Strong organisational and communication skills., • Candidates must be based in Spain or located in a commutable city to Huelva.
