Job Overview We are looking for a Software Architect to define and evolve the overall architecture of the OmniAccess software portfolio — with a strong focus on AI architecture, agentic systems, and AI‑assisted development — across both central and remote components, joining our awesome development team. Cualquier información adicional que necesite para este trabajo se encuentra en el texto a continuación. Asegúrese de leerla detenidamente y luego envíe su solicitud. As a senior technical figure, you will provide architectural direction and technical guidance across multiple teams and domains — from distributed systems and services to AI‑driven and agentic components — ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs. Being part of the development team, technology research and innovation will be a fundamental pillar in your activities. The Software Architect must combine a strong background in distributed systems and service‑oriented architectures with a hands‑on understanding of modern AI architecture — LLMs, agents, agentic orchestration, MCP‑based tool integration, and AI‑assisted development — solid networking fundamentals, and the ability to balance long‑term architectural health with short‑term delivery needs. Your Mission Your mission is to shape and safeguard the technical foundations of our products and services — including how we design, integrate, and scale AI and agentic capabilities, and how AI tooling is adopted across the organization — making the architecture explicit, reducing risk, and enabling development teams to build with confidence. You will be the connective tissue across teams and domains, turning complex system‑level and AI trade‑offs into clear, well‑communicated decisions. Key Responsibilities • Define and evolve the AI architecture of our portfolio: how LLMs, agents, and agentic workflows are designed, integrated, orchestrated, and operated across products., • Architect how AI agents connect to our systems and tools — designing and standardizing MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, tool interfaces, and integration patterns., • Set architectural patterns and guardrails for safe, reliable, and cost‑effective AI: RAG, tool / function calling, multi‑agent orchestration, evaluation, and observability., • Champion and standardize AI‑assisted development across teams: AI CLIs and agentic coding tools, reusable prompts, and workflows that boost productivity while preserving quality and security., • Define and evolve the overall system architecture across central and remote components., • Provide clear architectural designs, technical guidance, and proof‑of‑concepts — including for AI and agentic solutions — when needed to validate ideas or reduce risk., • Identify technical debt, assess its impact, and help teams decide when it is acceptable — and when it is not., • Participate in technical decision‑making, including the ability to raise concerns or pause development when system‑level risks are identified., • Communicate technical ideas effectively through documentation, diagrams, presentations, and discussions., • Actively challenge and refine architectural decisions by incorporating feedback from development teams. xcskxlj, • Provide support to business units’ engineering teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
