If this sounds interesting to you... maybe this is your place! :) Reporting to the VP Commercial & Sales EMEA your main mission will be to manage the Strategic Accounts team and to be responsible for the company’s most important global accounts in key European markets. Job Location: based in our headquarters in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. ✔️What will your day-to-day work be like? You will drive revenue and growth by focusing on these key areas: • Leading strategic accounts: You will lead and support a team responsible for managing and growing relationships with the most key strategic accounts., • Driving sales and distribution: Identifying new client opportunities and managing the global distribution for European accounts., • Managing budget and performance: You will track and analyze team performance against goals, making adjustments as needed to ensure budget targets are met for each hotel. 🔎Who is the ideal person for this position? The successful candidate will have a blend of leadership, commercial, and analytical skills: • Leadership & Management: You must be able to lead and mentor a team of nine, guiding them toward achieving strategic goals., • Strategic & Commercial Acumen: You should be a skilled negotiator, capable of developing and executing strategies for managing large, complex accounts. You must also have a knack for identifying new business opportunities and a deep knowledge of the tourism industry., • Analytical & Financial Skills: The role requires a strong ability to track performance, analyze data, and manage budgets to ensure targets are met. You should be able to make informed decisions and propose solutions based on data., • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication skills are essential for both leading a team and negotiating with major clients., • Problem-Solving & Creativity: You'll need to be proactive and creative in solving problems and overcoming challenges., • Organizational Skills: The ability to be highly organized and manage multiple priorities is key., • Bilingual: High proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory. German is a plus.
