ph3Role Description /h3 pEnergiot is looking for a Production Engineer to join our team in Barcelona and support the industrialization, production ramp-up, and manufacturing execution of our self-powered IoT devices for electrical grid monitoring. /p pThe person will act as the main link between product development, assemblers, suppliers, purchasing, quality, and operations. This role focuses on ensuring that production units are delivered on time, with the required quality, documentation, traceability, and cost control. /p pThis is a hands‑on position for someone comfortable managing suppliers, following up production tasks, controlling stock and materials, coordinating deadlines, detecting risks early, and escalating issues when needed. The role will be key to scaling Energiot's manufacturing capacity and supporting the delivery of hundreds of devices. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul lipCoordinate production activities with external assemblers, suppliers, workshops, and manufacturing partners. /p /li lipFollow up manufacturing timelines, delivery dates, supplier commitments, and production milestones. /p /li lipManage purchasing follow‑up, quotations, order tracking, lead times, and delivery status. /p /li lipMonitor stock levels, critical components, consumables, mechanical parts, electronic assemblies, and production materials. /p /li lipSupport the preparation and execution of production batches, validation units, and customer deliveries. /p /li lipEnsure production documentation is complete, updated, and correctly used, including BOMs, assembly instructions, test procedures, quality checklists, and revision control. /p /li lipCoordinate with hardware, firmware, mechanical, product, and operations teams to align production requirements with project deadlines. /p /li lipIdentify bottlenecks, supplier risks, quality issues, delays, missing materials, and process deviations. /p /li lipEscalate production risks clearly and early, proposing practical actions to avoid delays or quality problems. /p /li lipSupport incoming inspection, production quality control, non‑conformity tracking, and corrective actions. /p /li lipHelp improve production workflows, assembly processes, test procedures, quality gates, and traceability methods. /p /li lipSupport logistics, packaging, labeling, shipment preparation, and material coordination for field deployments when required. /p /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Essential: /h3 ul lipBachelor's degree, Master's degree, or Advanced Vocational Training in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field. /p /li lipExperience in production, manufacturing coordination, industrialization, operations, procurement, or supplier management. /p /li lipExperience working with assemblers, suppliers, workshops, or manufacturing partners. /p /li lipExperience in hardware product manufacturing, electronics assembly, IoT devices, industrial equipment, or similar technical products. /p /li lipAbility to read and work with technical documentation such as BOMs, drawings, assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, specifications, and test procedures. /p /li lipGood understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, stock management, production planning, and supplier follow‑up. /p /li lipExperience with incoming inspection, quality checklists, supplier non‑conformities, and corrective action follow‑up. /p /li lipBasic knowledge of electronics, mechanical assemblies, cables, connectors, sensors, or embedded devices. /p /li lipStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple suppliers, orders, deadlines, and priorities at the same time. /p /li lipAbility to detect risks, follow up open issues, elevate blockers, and push tasks until completion. /p /li lipHands‑on, proactive, structured, and highly autonomous mindset. /p /li lipStrong communication skills with technical teams, suppliers, and non‑technical stakeholders. /p /li lipFluent in Spanish and English. /p /li /ul h3Preferred / Nice to Have: /h3 ul lipExperience with ERP, inventory management tools, purchasing workflows, or production tracking systems. /p /li lipExperience coordinating production ramp‑up, pre‑series, or serial manufacturing phases. /p /li lipKnowledge of production traceability, serial number management, revision control, and configuration control. /p /li lipExperience improving manufacturing processes, supplier performance, quality gates, or production scalability. /p /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul lipFull‑time, permanent contract. /p /li lipEntrepreneurial startup culture with a high level of ownership. /p /li lipPrivate medical insurance coverage (Adeslas PYME total). /p /li lipOffice located in Barcelona, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability. /p /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
