The Role We’re looking for a GTM Engineer (Go-To-Market Engineer) to help architect and launch omnichannel outbound campaigns for our clients. This is a junior-to-mid-level, hands-on role for someone who loves systems, AI prompting, and seeing data-driven campaigns come to life. You’ll work alongside our Account Managers (who handle client communication) and our Automation Engineers (who build integrations), owning everything from campaign setup to performance optimization. You’ll play a key role in creating and managing the actual outreach systems that power our clients’ growth, email + LinkedIn campaigns, list building, data enrichment, AI-driven personalization, and performance tracking.
