Website: ___ Job Description As part of the technical department, you will join the pre-sales team. In this role, your key responsibilities will include: • Pre-sales Management: Collaborating with the sales teams throughout the entire offer process, from the initial analysis of the client’s requirements to transferring projects to the deployment teams., • Tender Responses: After assessing client needs, you will draft responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) in coordination with internal teams, including R&D, deployment, billing, and regulatory., • Proof of Concept (POC) and Feasibility: Leading the development and execution of POCs and feasibility demonstrations. You will also play a critical role in presenting and defending the proposed solutions to clients., • Client Relations: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, listening to their needs, and providing tailored solutions and support., • Relationship Building: Building and maintaining long-term, trusted relationships with clients. Desired Profile • Education: Master’s degree in computer science, telecommunications, or networking., • Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential. Mastery of Chinese is an asset., • Industry Awareness: Understanding of market trends and the ability to anticipate changes in technologies and consumer behaviors., • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously., • Coordination Skills: Experience in coordinating and driving projects in collaboration with various departments. Required Skills • Strong technical knowledge in networking, Linux, wireless communications, databases, and programming languages (e.g., Java)., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Superior client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
