If you are looking to start your career in a leading Chinese multinational of the Renewable Energy sector, we are currently offering an IT Helpdesk Internship position in our Digital Center Department. In this internship you will: • Provide first level support for Offices and Remote Users (140) in all European countries (Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg and Greece). This might include laptops and infrastructures (such as video conference rooms, printers, workstations, peripherals...) incidents. You will use our ticketing system Zoho Desk to manage all the reported issues/requests., • Devices/software procurement, IT assets management, inventory, hardware/software support, warranties management, on-boarding/off-boarding of employees' equipment..., • Perform IT Orders, register/keep track of IT invoices. You should be: • Studying a Bachelor’s degree or FP in Computers/Applications studies. Profiles from other fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or any IT related, will be also highly valued. This is if it is supported by any other training in IT/Support tasks, or if a strong interest in IT can be demonstrated., • Proficient in Spanish (Native or Advanced level), and English (Advanced level). It would be desirable to have a basic/intermediate level of Chinese., • Interested in working in a multicultural environment and proactivity, with the ability to problem-solving and attention to detail.
