This role is responsible for driving the lifecycle of PR tools, coordinating international media requests, and supporting local and international event planning. You will act as the primary liaison for regional PR offices and agencies to ensure brand alignment, qualitative coverage, and seamless logistics and activation implementations across all markets. /ph3Description of Responsibilities /h3h3Media Coordination Editorial PR /h3ulliCoordinate the international PR network, serving as the daily point of contact for regional offices and agencies to ensure brand alignment and timely delivery of assets. /liliFacilitate high-priority editorial placements by proactively managing media requests and pitching product news to key editorial contacts. /liliExecute the general press calendar, managing the planning and logistical coordination for Press Days, shop openings, and seasonal shows. /liliMonitor and analyze seasonal KPIs, compiling comprehensive global reports and leading weekly status updates with regional teams to track PR performance. /liliManage the editorial database, ensuring contacts are kept current and identifying new media opportunities within the fashion and lifestyle sectors. /li /ulh3Tools Content Development /h3ulliLiaise with Photo and Content teams to coordinate the production of press releases, digital press kits, and other essential communication tools. /liliMaintain the Digital Press Room (Google Drive), ensuring all global agencies have access to the correct technical specifications and visual assets. /liliSupervise the global media archive, ensuring all clippings and magazine appearances are tracked and organized for the communications team. /liliCoordinate advertising materials, overseeing the delivery schedule and technical requirements for global media placements. /li /ulh3Operational Sample Oversight /h3ulliOversee the seasonal sample workflow, ensuring the HQ stockroom and international showrooms are organized to support high-level editorial needs. /liliSupport the gifting and seeding process, from product selection and order placement in SAP to final distribution to Friends of the House and media. /liliMonitor PR administrative tasks, guiding the daily workload of PR interns. /liliEnsure logistical efficiency for press travels and events, acting as the key coordinator for on-site execution and stakeholder needs. /li /ulh3Requirements for the position /h3ulliMinimum of 3–4 years of experience in a similar press or communications role (Agency or In‑house). /liliExceptional writing skills and the ability to communicate in English and Spanish. /liliA sound understanding of the global media landscape and the fashion retail environment. /liliAttention to detail while maintaining multi‑tasking skills. /liliStrong proactive approach to problem‑solving and critical thinking. /liliAdvanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
