About the job: As Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful onboarding, integration, and adoption of Nuitée’s platform for new and existing clients. You’ll act as the bridge between our product, engineering, and commercial teams—ensuring seamless delivery of technical solutions that meet client needs. Your success will be measured by how effectively you translate client requirements into scalable solutions, manage implementation timelines, and drive customer satisfaction and retention. You will play a critical role in setting clients up for long-term success, maximizing their value from Nuitée’s platform, and accelerating revenue realization. Key Responsibilities: Typically requires 5+ years in implementation, solutions consulting, or technical project management. Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for new clients, from requirements gathering to integration, testing, and go-live. Act as the primary point of contact for client implementation teams, managing timelines, expectations, and deliverables. Translate clients’ technical needs into scalable solutions using Nuitée’s APIs and platform capabilities. Coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution and resolve issues quickly. Provide technical guidance, best practices, and documentation to client teams throughout the integration process. Ensure clients achieve maximum value from Nuitée’s platform and transition smoothly to long-term account management. Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions to keep implementations on track. Gather client feedback during and after onboarding to improve processes and inform product development. Contribute to internal playbooks, tools, and scalable frameworks that enhance the efficiency and consistency of future implementations. Our Ideal Candidate Typically requires 5+ years in implementation, solutions consulting, or technical project management. Proven success delivering client-facing projects with measurable business impact. Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and technical workflows, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with travel technology (airlines, OTAs, GDS, fintech, or distribution platforms) is highly desirable. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client implementations in parallel. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, capable of engaging with both C-level executives and operational teams. Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, Asana). Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Skills Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of APIs, data flows, and system integrations, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to influence and engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Problem-Solving: Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate and address implementation challenges.
